The weekly clean-up detail is your only mission, a desperate operation to contain the unspeakable things that now roam the ruins. As this week’s designated cleaner, your path is set through a landscape of profound dread.

Your journey begins within the decaying walls of the regional hospital, a place of former healing now echoing with unnatural sounds. From there, you will push out into the silent, overgrown streets of Pripyat, where every abandoned playground and empty apartment block hides a new threat. Your final, grim destination lies deep within the labyrinthine tunnels that snake beneath the crippled reactor itself, the epicenter of this nightmare. You will face a grotesque ecology of the damned: shambling former residents, packs of mutated dogs, and swarms of giant, aggressive rats, all driven by a singular, predatory instinct.

Your survival will depend on mastering movement—sprint with Left Shift, lean carefully around corners with Q and E, and interact with the ominous world using F. Manage your inventory and focus by locking or unlocking your mouse cursor with L, and pause your descent into hell with P.
